What a great way to start your day, here's a pic and a few words from Alisons Staged commute to St Mary's for Bikeability Level 2
Feeling tired and groggy after raking up the miles last week so drove to Cannock Chase and use the Sherbrook Trail, Heritage Trail, canal towpaths and other cycle infrastructure to make the route almost traffic free. Feeling refreshed now.
