CTL with funding from Staffordshire County Council is working with groups in Stafford and Burton-on-Trent to get more people cycling and walking. Here we are in week 1 of our project with Lotus Enrichment Centre. All the young adults from Lotus have additional needs and for many riding bikes is something they couldn't do or could only do on two wheels. We want to give them the freedom of two wheels so they can ride with others in all the places everyone does.
