ACTIVITIES

Bikeability Plus is a series of modules designed to complement and enhance the effectiveness of Bikeability Levels 1,2,3 and the National Curriculum.

We provide an extensive programme of activities from balance bike and learn to ride courses to after school and holiday clubs and Bikeability training.

CTL aims to provide more children with the opportunities, skills and support

to establish active travel as a normal and everyday way of getting around.

BALANCE BIKES

Fun and active sessions delivered in school over four weeks - designed for Reception or Year 1 to give children the confidence to cycle and control

their bike effectively.

Sessions focus on learning to fit a helmet, naming bike parts, braking and using gross motor skills to improve balance, agility and coordination.

The course caters for all abilities including pupils with no experience of riding a bike and those who can already ride.

LEARN TO RIDE

Single or multiple sessions to inspire children to master the skills of balance, control and pedaling. Whether trying for the first time or for older children needing more encouragement we provide fun and supportive steps to help

more people discover the joy of cycling on two wheels.
